485 要求补j1豁免

昨天收到要求补件：
140 已批，在第三国留学时，曾以J1来美。后移民加拿大，又以J1从加拿大来美，签证上NOT SUBJECT TO 212(E). 然后在美国转H1，未申请j1豁免。其间申请NIW获批。
该如何办？
那位有相似经历？恳请帮忙。

• 另外，你的DS-2019表上有一栏是关于是否受两年服务期限制，你的表上应该勾的是不受限。这个复印件和签证复印件可以解决问题了。 -forter- ♀ (0 bytes) () 04/19/2009 postreply 20:20:44
