I-140 签名人

PJIANG 老师及各位朋友：

我的PLC终于批了。正准备I-140 表。想问几个问题：

(1) 雇主能否直接填表，不请律师？如可，PART 8 及PART 9 的 Signature 由谁填写？

(2)我能否当填表人？如可以，PART 8 及PART 9 的 Signature 由谁填写？

(3) PART 1 (information about the person or organization filing this petition) 和 PART 9 (Signature of person preparing form, if other than above) 中的PERSON 是否同一人？
