If so, you may just go to Mexico or canada to get an H4 visa to come back to remove the OOS trouble (do not go to China). You may not need to provide the I-94 when you go to Mexico or canada, but get an new I-94 when you enter U.S witj the new H4 visa (this is similar to your extention of your h4 within U.S. so that your I-485 will not be affected).
