我的六年绿卡路 (3)

我就象电子游戏中的角色,经过几个月后,我的能量INDEX又RE-CHARGED,开始PERM EB2 (LABOR 于2006年三月批准, I140于2006年4月批准). 当时EB2和EB3排期都未到,所幸移民法中的PD RETENTION RULE, 我的EB2 PD=JAN 2003 (EB3 PD CARRIED OVER). 由于EB2 I140上的PD 没有用EB3 I140上的PD, I485 被退回一次,经律师写信澄清, I485 被接受, RD 为JUNE 2006.
从我开始办绿卡至I485 递交, 已经3.5年了.

想当初我的LABOR从CHICAGO REGIONAL OFFICE 转到DALLAS BACKLOG CENTER时, 公司律师对我说,你的PD在MICHIGAN算个老红军,一到DALLAS,充其量也就是个老八路.
