我的六年绿卡路 (4)

递交I485后,当时最大的HURDLE就是FBI NAME CHECK. 我所在的公司办绿卡时间最长的记录是一个伊朗人保持,很长时间NAME CHECK不能CLEAR, 前后用了五年绿卡才拿到.
我想我不会这么倒霉吧.

过了大半年,于2007年4月与本COUNTY的CONGRESSMAN的OFFICE联系,要求CHECK PENDING I485 STATUS. 几周后得到意料之中的答复, FBI NAME CHECK NOT CLEARED. 又过了大半年, 于2007年11月又与本COUNTY的CONGRESSMAN的OFFICE联系,得到答复FBI报NAME CHECK CLEARED, TSC WAS WORKING ON OT TO ADJUDICATE CASES LIKE MINE WITH OLD PD.
不幸的是2007年12月VISA BULLETIN 回退,我的PD不到一个月.
NO WAY OUT, 只有耐心等待.
