然后移民局又拖了我很长时间，导致我逾期一年多，最近我收到了移民局的信，说我I20过期，又要补材料，
-If you follow USCIS reuirement to provide the required documents, USCIS may reinstate your F1 status. If your F1 status is reinstate, your F1 status is OK and your逾期一年多 will not counted (be cancelled).

但我刚和美国公民结婚。有没有人知道像我这样的情况算不算逾期拘留超过一年？即使申请I131也无法回国呢？
-If you do nothing, of course you are counted as unlawfu presence for more than one year. But because you married a US citizen, your spouse can sponsor your green card application using family base and you have no problem to get your GC. But you can not go out of US before you get your GC even if using AP. Otherwise, you may be not allowed to enter US in ten years.
