Sorry to bother you again. Need more advice on this ...
Another company really want me to join them. My understanding is since my 6 years H1B will expire soon (June 09), I don't think there will be enough time for them to transfer my visa, file and get PERM approved and then file and get 1 year extension for me. Correct?
How about this? As I mentioned, my current employer is filing 3-year extension for my. What if I wait till the 3-year extension approved and then change job? Does that 3-year extension have to be employer specific? Or, I can still have that 3 year even after I change employer?
Am I making myself clear?
