Thanks a lot, Pjiang. But the attorney has sent out the 140 supporting documents, and has also filed 485 (my case is EB-1B). From your experience, how serious are these mistakes? will CIS reject my case because of incorrectly efiled 140 form?

By the way, in the 140 supporting documents, the attorney also attached a paper 140 form and G_28 form. The information in these paper forms is correct. Will this help, and CIS will judge my case based on paper forms? thanks a lot...
