in Part 8 for petitioner's signature, the attorney put my name instead of my company HR director's name
- In rare case, the I-140 is approvable since your attorney filed EB-1b as self-petition. The denial of I-140 will result in the denial of I-485 as well as I-131/I-765 of principle and dependents.

The errors on G-28 does not matter much though.
