请教各位老师和高人：如何使J1 scholar转J1学生？

受人委托，急诚心请教以下问题：

访问学者J１(美国开的工资)三个月后到期, 不可能延和续.申请F1已很难.

如何使J1 scholar转J1学生？好转吗? 必须先离境到美国以外的国家转吗？
