I understand generally speaking, materials will only be counted at the time of submission, however, i guess it wouldn't hurt,either.

Just found a memo from USCIS 021605, stating only under specific conditions will an I140 be directly denied without RFE or Intent to denial, maybe this is one good side about my case.
