求助一些婚姻绿卡的问题

我的一个朋友,美国白人女性;想要明年5月和一个德国小伙结婚....德国小伙现在德国一家公司工作...
她想给他办婚姻绿卡...同时希望他能越早来美国越好....同时能在美国工作支持家庭....应该给他申请什么样的签证好呢?

K1的申请快吗?可以用K1工作吗?

有好的律师推荐吗?有没有网站或论坛介绍这些的(最好是英文的)?她想先了解一下省得被律师忽悠了...
