I485 面试，被告知还要再审查,有 domestic violence 记录, help!!!

My wife’s green card was approved two years ago. Mine still pending. I had an interview with immigration interview recently, and the officer asked a domestic violence record in my file. Three years ago, I was arrested for a domestic violence case, but the next day we checked with District attorney and I was not charged and did not need to go to the court. Unfortunately we did not keep any documents for that cause this is such an unpleasant experience for my wife and I (the neighbor called police). Now, the immigration officer asked me to provide a clearance record for this case. I called the police department, they can only provide the case report. I called the court, but was told that it is not a case, not even has a case no. Not sure, where can I find such a document to show the immigration officer theclearance record for this case. Please help!!!!
