Pjiang: ISO说国内转发的I-20和回国签F1发的I-20不一样,后者不能用于前者,有这么一说么? 叩谢!!

ISO 说如果在美国国内转,需要注册3门才给I-20

不然就是回国签F-1, 给的I-20和上面给的I-20不一样,不能用于美国国内转? 有这一说么?

我的J-1明年6月底到期。老婆现在partime上学，想J-2转F-1
她们学校的International Center说她必须在春季（2月-5月底？）就
注册3门课才给她转,

可是因为家庭原因之前没法修3门，希望只修1-2门。

急问，可以自己申请J-2转F-1么？

需要学校的I-20么？
- A must
