Let me ask you:
1. was there any conviction from the DV charge?
2. what was the sentence, or just fine/community services?
3. only one charge of DV?
4. Did AO asked for any extenuating circumstances?

Your hubby may have a chance to get the GC, but you need to be careful and provide all the court certified documents...
