Thank you, Tainiule. Below is my answer to your questions.

1. was there any conviction from the DV charge?
No. It was a mis-demeanor.
2. what was the sentence, or just fine/community services?
It is just Violence and Court supervision plus fine/community service.
3. only one charge of DV?
Yes.
4. Did AO asked for any extenuating circumstances?
No. The AO questioned the name of the sentence, and said it should be considered DV instead of Violence. She wanted to investigate more about the cases.
