他们是不转的。我已经打电话给邮局证实了.填AR11改地址，通常移民局会TAKE HOW LONG TO UPDATE? I THINK NO BODY KNOWS. I KNOW EVENTUALLY THEY WILL UPDATE MY NEW ADDRESS BUT HOW ABOUT THE GAP IN BETWEEN THAT THEY HAVE NOT UPDATE MY ADDRESS YET THEY SENT FINGER PRINT NOTICE OR RFE. My laywer said usually she will receive copies too, but not always. that is why I am asking in case if i did not receive the finger print mail, will they send another one? will online status show they send me finger print notice?
