Usually the lawyer will have a copy. Sometimes online upadte will show document has beem mailed to you,. But online most time you do not what kind the document (REF or FP) is. This why you need to update your address or contact them ontime. If you fail to do that, you definitely give them the excuse. I am serious.

After you update your address, usually you will see your profiles get soft update immediately.
