To: 863211 about H-4 to F-1 tuition fee

For the questions you answered yesterday, I think something needs to clarify.
Because my daughter has the same situation. Holding H4 right now, wants to apply UCLA. I asked UVLA undergraduage admission officer in person, they told me as soon as the student changes the visa type to F1, no matter which visa type parents have(H or L or K....), should pay international student tuition.
