USCIS说已经寄出了，可能吗？

我的EAD申请终于批准并且已经寄出。快一个月了过去了，我还在等EAD，怎么回事啊？XDJM有同样的情况么？
下面是我收到的最后的EMAIL NOTICE:

Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On September 4, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
