回复：USCIS说已经寄出了，可能吗？

USCIS(TSC)说我的EAD八月初就寄出了, 可一个半月过去了连个影都没有. Asked congressman for help. People in his office said there were a lot of cases like yours and mine. The USCIS might have never sent the EAD card out. Asked them to search and to resend. They will simply say they did send it out. If you did not receive the card, then you have to reapply.

If you do not need to pay the filing fee, it is only a matter of time. But I have to pay another $340 for the refiling. I hope the people who process my case go to hell ASAP.
