用AP 回美国对H1身份有何影响？盼回复

从皮匠的博克得知用AP回美国对H1的Transfer及Extand 没有影响。但是我们学校的Internatiional Office 官员说，用AP 回美国后只能用工卡工作。我不知道这是否正确？我目前是H1，已经拿到AP，准备9月24日回国开会。请有经验的朋友回答我的问题，谢谢！
