请教：姐姐拿到公民了，想给妹妹申请绿卡，妹妹在美国工作

H1visa, My question is if my sister 's company would apply green card for my sister, is there any conflict with the processing I apply for her. Can she go back to China and come back after I summit immigrated document for her?
