if my sister 's company would apply green card for my sister, is there any conflict with the processing I apply for her?
-No, she can be the beneficial for both GC applications at the same time. Of course, USCIS will finally approve only one of the GC applications for her.

Can she go back to China and come back after I summit immigrated document for her?
-Yes, as long as she can get a visa in China or use AP to return to U.S.
