140 Pending 一年多终于批了，可以安全的换工作了吗？

EB2。2007年7月同时递的140和485。现在，140 Pending 一年多后终于批了，请问我现在可以安全的换工作了吗？旧公司还能 revoke 已经批的140吗？如果将来 485 有 RFE而我又已经不在旧公司了，我可不可以自己解决呢？旧公司的律师还会处理吗？

如果可以换工作，是不是用 H1B transfer 更好，先不用EAD?
