-Yes, but your I-485 will not be affecte even if the 旧公司 revoke 已经批的140 because your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days (you do not need the I-140 any more).

如果将来 485 有 RFE而我又已经不在旧公司了，我可不可以自己解决呢？旧公司的律师还会处理吗？
-Even if you get RFE for your I-485, this RFE will not be related to your old employer. In other words, the I-485 RFE will have nothing to do with your old employer.

如果可以换工作，是不是用 H1B transfer 更好，先不用EAD?
-Up to you, but H-1b transfer is better if you can do that.
