1．　我现在到底是什么身份？　Ｈ１Ｂ？　ＡＯＳ？　ＰＡＲＯＬＥＥ？学校国际学生学者办公室的人说我在用ＡＰ后可以以Ｈ１Ｂ继续工作；　并且可以ＲＥＮＥＷ　＼ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ　Ｈ１Ｂ．
-Your staus should be ＰＡＲＯＬＥＥ. You can reinstate your H-1 status by renewal or transfer.

２．　如果我女儿在她的ＡＰ过期前没有回到美国，　她的４８５是不是就作废了．
-If she can get H-4 visa to come back, her I-485 is still OK. But If she stays in China for a long period (more than one year), her I-485 may be denied because USCIS may think she has not intended to live in U.S. permanently.

３．　在我ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ　Ｈ１Ｂ前，我女儿还能不能签Ｈ４？在我ＴＲＡＮＳＦＥＲ　Ｈ１Ｂ后呢？（老板正在帮我转title)
