Since I am now a parolee, then why I still can use my H1B to work. My current H1B has around 2.5 years before the expiration so I think, even if I am not going to transfer, that I still can work as a parolee with this H1B till it expires. How come a parolee can work as an H1B but his dependent cannot enter the USA as an H4?
