请教Pijian and 各位高手: How to speed up my H-1B application

What can I do to speed up my H-1B application now?

1. Non Cap H-1B application turned to USCIS for premium process by employer on June 30th since I need to work on Aug. 1st

2. I am H-4 pending for 6 months when H-1B application was sent and ask USCIS to withdraw my H-4 case if H-1B get approved in the H-1B petition letter.

3. Received an email showing that RFE was sent by USCIS on H-1B application on July 14th and another email saying that my H-4 approve notice was sent on July 15th.

4. Today empolyer told me that USCIS ask for my H-4 approval. However, I did not receive the actual notice by mail yet!!! Called USCIS and they said the approve notice mail may take up to 30 days to get to me.

What can I do? Any suggestion will be appreciated!
