Thanks for all your response.
I already got Master degree last year, so I can't change to Master program now. The situation is I won't be able to register for another semester(No financial aid and no department support). Even if the company can help me to file H1 application before the start of Fall semester, would there be any problem since technically I may lose my student status right after the summer session ends, would this affect the H1 approval? The other concern is the company seems can't do things so quickly, should I find a lawyer myself to speed up the process?
