Help - will be laid off in 30 days with I-485/I-140 pending

今天得到30天layoff的通知，心情很糟，不知道怎么办. 需要大家的帮助，谢谢...　
以下是我的情况－
EB3: PD 01/2003 TSC
I-140/I-485: RD 08/14/2007 pending
这是我的6年后extension第二年H1B.
