律师是 nothing，只要学校签字的人星期五之前在，你就没有问题。

1) 告诉学校如果不及时申请所产生的严重后果（离境签证，不能按时回美，影响教学 etc）

2) the only reason is that the attorney is not available to file the petition on employer's behalf, in time

3) request to retain another attorney, who is willing to provide expedited service (pretty sure it could be done within one day)

4) if you receive a "No" answer, do it yourself and make sure the person who will sign the petition is available no later than this Friday

6) mail petition no later than Friday using express service to make sure it reaches USCIS on Monday
