2) the only reason is that the attorney is not available to file the petition on employer's behalf, in time

3) request to retain another attorney, who is willing to provide expedited service (pretty sure it could be done within one day)

4) if you receive a "No" answer, do it yourself and make sure the person who will sign the petition is available no later than this Friday
