local CBP 的人, 会不会被再次拒绝?

但是在入关时我把老公的 I-797A原件给Customs and Border Protections (CBP) 的人看, 并要求他在给我的 I-94盖章时把允许居留的日期写成2010年10月1日. 但他说, 由于我的H4签证上的 PED 是2008年7月27日, 他只能把 I-94上的允许居留日期填成2008年7月27日. 他还说, it was a problem between me and the Department of State, and I had to call Department of State to make the change, and he could do nothing about it.

如果我去找 local CBP 的人, 会不会被再次拒绝? 请问他们拒绝的理由(理由见上)正当吗?
