Received on Mar 16, 2007;My hu*****and's was processed and finalized on Mar 16, 2007; Mine was was processed and finalized on May 12, 2008. Does these mean our NC are clear.

We are EB1, called many times after MEMO, but it did not work.

How can I let TSC to process our I485? Thanks!
