He will come back before his H4 expires (same date as my H1B expires). And he has AP for entry. Is that okay? BTW, my H1 will be filed as premium proceedure, so I'll get my H1 before June20 (the expiration date)

I just don't know if he should file H4 extension with me now, or after he comes back.
