小白兔，皮匠，还有H-1B transfer的问题 - 非常痛苦中

按照现在的行情，H-1B transfer的RFE通常都要求些什么？

从受名额限制的H-1B transfer到另一个受名额限制的H-1B，其不被批准的可能性有多大？

如果H-1B transfer 过程很冗长，会有可能现在的雇主发现我在H-1B transfer吗？如果transfer不被批准的话，我还能在现公司呆下去吗？（有没有其他问题？）

目前我的H-1B和我家人的H4都有足够长的时间。有人说在我换工作期间我家人出国可以用目前的notice签证 – 什么是notice签证？可行吗？
