Xiaobaitu, I just meet a problem. Now I work for a comapny, and my H1B will expire in 2010. I filed documents to transfer to a new company, but since the new company's lawyer did some wrong with my I129 ( he filled Part3 section 2 Date status expires as D/S, not my I-94 expiration date). Now I am get approved(on2/12/08), but need to go back china to get my Visa stamped.( I get I-797B). Now I am still working for my first company.

Is there any way I can get my I-94 here? I mean if I can file some documents to correct my old petation or if I can apply for a new company(another new company) without going to this company(I-797B)?

If I did not go this company, is there any effects with my new application?

By the way, I get approved on 2/12/2008. Is it too long for me to correct the old documents if I can file some to correct it?
