法院离婚协议书及公证件: just Agreement(协议书) is not enough. You need the final COURT paper. like Order or Decree
After you get your final court paper, you still need two:
a. qualified court translation.
b. legally you have FULL custody (need a lawyer to read and agree that you do have the full custody. not your own understanding)
2。该Count Order在中国对应叫什么？

3。万一我办不出该Order， 有否其它途径将孩子移民过来？如探亲或旅游签证，过来再转身份？或先在加读书，到18岁时再转（此时无须对方签字）？
