1。我的离婚协议书是在法院主持下办的，且盖了法院的公章。与您所说的Final Count Paper有何不同？

2。“a. qualified court translation.”什么人具有此qualification?

3. “b. legally you have FULL custody (need a lawyer to read and agree that you do have the full custody. not your own understanding)”如何操作？是中国的lawyer还是加拿大的？要他读后出个函还是怎样？

4。“if you have you already have it in your file. if you don't you don't have it.”我申请时已填入了孩子的资料。您的意思是否是说可以以探亲或旅游的名义先进来，然后再转？
