被美国海关罚款$300

昨天我从minneapolis的st paul的海关入境。我包里有两包180克的牛肉干（做成糖果那样的）。检查发现后，被美国海关罚款$300。我说那是糖果一样的，而且是真空无菌包装的。那检查的官员不听。我说那你给我罚单，我上法庭申诉，那官员也不给我办。非要我交了$300，才让我走。我想问问大家，我现在还有没有再申诉的可能。谢谢。
