请教小白兔和各位大侠Follow to join细节

看了几个相关的讨论。没有我的情况。
爱人在遇到我之前已递交485。我们结婚后爱人拿到绿卡。我在此之前从未递交过485。 而且我们结婚后都一起一直在美国居住。这种情况是否符合Follow to join 的要求。

如果符合，应如何具体实施。
