I think my husbend tells a lie to me.Can anybody tell me?

我老公是H-1，我和孩子是H-4。老公的140已批准，485是今年7月份交的。我们申请了AP，因为我自己的父母年事已高，且我们有5年没回国，所以我想明年署假时回国探亲。其实我已经向老公申请了两年(2005，2006) ，都被他据绝了，他说万一H-4签不回来，影响孩子上学。当时他连140都还没申请，我明知道H-4据签的可能性不大，但为了孩子，我还是尊重了他的意件。今年140批了以后，老公说这样他也可以回国了。所以我就高兴地把这个消息告诉了我父母。老人自然十分高兴和激动。我知道明年署假机票会贵，但多花点钱能在父母还算健康的时候团聚也还值得。当我要求老公早点订票时，老工突然反恢，不让我带大孩子走，只同意带有美国护照的小儿子回国。他说我们走了，万一他没工作了，我们就进不来了。说我就为了让我父母看看老大，而不惜拿儿子的前途开玩笑。我问他，那申请这个AP干申么？先不说他没工作的可能性不大，甚至没有。就算在我离美期间他真的没了工作，and he won`t go back China with us.Can we use AP without any problem when we enter USA?
