我最好的朋友办绿卡数年，前天突然收到移民局通知，让他出具当年J签证（他是公费公派）回国两年的文件，他根本没回国呀！现在，他不得不考虑回国了，美国的工作，房子。。。全都要放弃，怎么办？大家有否良策？使馆能出具no objection letter吗？
