PJiang老师 and各位高人:I-140 receipt 上的receiving date 错误怎么办?

It is NIW 140 receipt, Received Date showed as Aug. 6, Noticed Date as Sept. 26. Although I have profe that someone from TSC has signed it @ July 30. ... I am so sad:-(
