Now we're sure there is an issue. You may write to USCIS with a copy of tracking info to challenge the wrong "received date" if you're NIW, while I really don't know how it will work.

Did you sub-mit I-485 along with I-140? If yes, how is I-485 receipt?

If you're PERM, I would let it go.
