父母成都签证被拒--下次再试什么理由？

被据理由：不符合美国规定。因为我的H1是在美国换的。我父母前年
来美，在这住了一年。去年7月回国。我的哥哥还在国内，理应得到
签证。我的预产期是明年1月。我想下次再去时告诉签证官我想临产时有父母在旁，他们也想在临产时陪女儿。我知道这是一个较忌讳
的理由，但想试试，也许可出奇制胜，博得同情。请问有何高见？
