Hi 我见
My hubby is currently under F1. he went back to school after laidoff soon. there is not illegal issue of us. he does not want to pay the next semester's tuition that is why he wants to apply premium-processing. from my understanding of your remark. it is not a problem of applying it as part time H1 right? we can change it to full time later on?
