I have a question for you. my hubby got laid off a few months ago. after long time job seeking. he just found a low pay job that only can apply for part-time H1B. the lawyer said it is convenient to change to full-time Hib later on. can we apply premium precessing of H1b? Is it safe under a low pay( It is around 30k).
