Urgent help:H1B extention files on June 2nd, no receipt

Lawyer sent H1B extention files by Fedex on June 2nd, but no receipt so far.
We got the Fedex number from the company lawyer who kept forgetting to inquire the receipt for us even after we send several emails to him.

Since our H1b will be expired on July 31, What can we do now ?

Any suggestion, please help
